We are looking for a Team Leader / Manager with Global Mobility and Relocation experience to join our client in Minneapolis, MN

The role requires experience in both International Mobility and US Domestic Relocations and will manage around 10 staff members.

Relocation support is available for those willing to relocate to MN.

Duties include:

  • Leading the Global Mobility and Relocation services team ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources and information to perform successfully such as; client relocation policy information, service partners/supplier details, service metrics and expectations
  • Manage daily activities of both International Mobility and Domestic Relocations to ensure quality service delivery to clients and their transferees including; monitoring service levels & return rate metrics
  • Coordinate relocation operations efforts for clients with both domestic and international components
  • Managing clients whilst building a proactive relationship, ensuring knowledge and understanding of relocation needs and requirements
  • Leading, coaching and developing the International and Domestic Relocation team including; performance management, understanding and maintaining accuracy of relocation caseload reports
  • Serve as direct point of contact for resolution of escalated issues and escalate further as required
  • Participate in prospective global and domestic client pursuits and supporting RFP and implementation projects
  • Liaising with colleagues and service partners to ensure the successful delivery of a quality global and domestic relocation service

Experience required:

  • Experience in both Global Mobility and US Domestic Relocation is essential
  • Strong staff management skills and direct experience in leading relocation operations teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international and domestic relocation services such as global mobility and domestic home sale transactions
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced user of various software packages including; Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Travel independently as required
