Job Summary

Our client, a leading relocation and global mobility services provider have an exciting position available for an International Relocation Consultant to join their office in Hong Kong.

The International Relocation Consultant will be the main point of contact for an assigned caseload, managing the assignees relocation process from start to finish.


  • Arrange briefing calls with assignees to discuss their requirements and agreed services as per policy
  • Be knowledgeable on the services required for the assignees
  • Coordinate relocation and destination services for assignees including; orientation, home finding, settling in services, language and cultural training, temporary accommodation and household goods moving
  • Work with third party vendors to ensure all services are scheduled, on time and in line with the budget
  • Keep the assignees updated every step of the way, ensuring to answer any questions they may have
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and assignees
  • Work closely with other departments in the company especially with Managers to recommend improvements and resolve any issues

Experience required:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Relocation, Destination Services, Global Mobility, Serviced Apartments, Hospitality or a related industry experience
  • Understanding of different cultures and time zones
  • Personal relocation experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise workload
  • Degree or related education preferred
  • Excellent IT skills preferred
  • Fluent English required, other language skills an advantage
