Job Summary

Our client, a leading provider of removals and storage services in the UK, is looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive to join their team in London. The ideal candidate would be responsible helping to achieve company targets by successfully selling removal and storage services.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting all brought in sales leads, following up on initial enquiries and updating company records when required.
  • Recording all appointments and phone calls into the company system.
  • Liaising with customers to confirm their removals and storage requirements.
  • Cross-selling related services where appropriate.
  • Working as part of the telemarketing team to achieve company targets.
  • Ensuring customer and company expectations are met at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous telemarketing experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to build good working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Good commercial awareness and knowledge of customer needs
