Job Summary

We have a new managerial level opportunity available for an experienced, Global Mobility Tax Manager to join our client.

The ideal candidate will have previous global mobility taxation, international compensation, accounting and/or international assignment services experience.

Previous experience supervising and/or managing a team of staff is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients regarding the global mobility needs of their expatriate employee workforce
  • Maintain and develop relationships with a dedicated portfolio clients who require expatriate management support for their
  • Review on-going global mobility and expatriate taxation support and advice to clients regarding their expatriate employees
  • Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization
  • Develop and review international assignment policies and tax equalization for clients
  • Develop, mentor and build a working relationship with the global mobility and expatriate services team

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience working within the global mobility, expatriate tax or international compensation sector
  • CPA or JD/LLM or Enrolled Agent accreditation, or at least the willingness to obtain one within a year of employment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Ability to supervise and mentor staff
  • Previous experience working at an accounting firm
