Job Summary

Our client, a moving and relocation services provider, is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join their team based in Singapore.

The role will report directly to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for raising the company's profile within the moving and relocation industry within the Singapore market.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of sales and customers; from dealing with initial relocation enquiries and developing sales leads, to assisting existing customers and corporate relocation clients.
  • Assisting with reaching company and branch targets, exceeding revenue, and maximising profit.
  • Seeking opportunities to advertise the company and brand; for example through marketing, networking, and other sales efforts.
  • Establishing strong working relationships with clients, through regular communication and occasional face to face meetings.
  • Supporting with the creation of surveys a required.
  • Involvement in complaint and problem resolution when necessary.
  • Liaising with third parties to ensure best rates for the company, to maximise profitability.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a relocation background preferred, and previous industry experience as a leader extremely desirable.
  • Strong cultural understanding or interested in immersing themselves in a foreign culture.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and numerical reasoning.
  • Enthusiastic, logical, and professional at all times.
