Alchemy Recruitment is currently partnering with a global Corporate Accommodation provider who are looking to hire a Corporate Accommodation Sales Manager based in San Jose.

The successful Corporate Accommodation Sales Manager will be working closely alongside the Director of Sales to achieve sales goals and targets, both nationally and globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Target key decision makers at potential corporate clients to maximise sales potential
  • Generate new leads and enhance existing client base through cold calling and networking
  • Develop excellent business relationships with clients
  • Attend trade shows, network events and client meetings
  • Visit corporate apartments with prospective and existing clients
  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly account plans
  • Attend presentations and RFP's for prospective and existing clients
  • Analyse trends within the corporate housing sector and plan marketing strategies appropriately

Requirements:

  • This position requires a focused and dedicated new Business Developer
  • Experience working in the travel, hospitality, relocation or corporate accommodation sector is preferred
  • Previous experience liaising and selling to C- Suite level clients, as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent track record of achieving sales goals, and developing sales plans
  • Previous account management experience
