Job Summary

Alchemy is excited to be partnering with a market leader in International Removals in their search for a Trade Sales Consultant.

The successful candidate will join their busy team based in North West London and will passionate about delivering excellent customer service and sales results at all times..


  • Establishing & developing existing client relationships to promote repeat business.
  • Identifying new business development opportunities and establishing relationships with potential removal clients.
  • Forming accurate and timely Removals quotes and cross selling similar services where possible.
  • Keeping track of all issued removals quotes and following up with potential clients
  • Ensuring that the Trade Manager is briefed in department developments and working alongside her to offer solutions.
  • Making sure all company databases are up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Additional administrative support to team members and senior management as and when required.


  • Ability to maintain a professional, confidential manner at all times.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
  • Work effectively with the team and build good relationships to drive Sales.
  • Ability to comply with company, departmental, and environmental procedures.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Demonstrate capable computer skills
  • Organised and hard-working.
