Alchemy is excited to be partnering with a market leader in International Removals in their search for a Trade Sales Consultant.
The successful candidate will join their busy team based in North West London and will passionate about delivering excellent customer service and sales results at all times..
- Establishing & developing existing client relationships to promote repeat business.
- Identifying new business development opportunities and establishing relationships with potential removal clients.
- Forming accurate and timely Removals quotes and cross selling similar services where possible.
- Keeping track of all issued removals quotes and following up with potential clients
- Ensuring that the Trade Manager is briefed in department developments and working alongside her to offer solutions.
- Making sure all company databases are up to date and accurate at all times.
- Additional administrative support to team members and senior management as and when required.
- Ability to maintain a professional, confidential manner at all times.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Work effectively with the team and build good relationships to drive Sales.
- Ability to comply with company, departmental, and environmental procedures.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Demonstrate capable computer skills
- Organised and hard-working.
