Job Summary

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an Immigration Manager to join a multinational company in London.

You will be responsible for both client services and staff management on the UK Immigration team.

You will also be responsible for partnering with multinational clients delivering UK Visa and Immigration services for their employees working overseas, with a core focus on UK in-bound Immigration services and Tier 2 sponsorship applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing Immigration compliance advice to a portfolio of clients
  • Overseeing the UK inbound Immigration team who are responsible for Immigration case management, visa applications, visa extensions, work permits and passport and citizenship applications
  • You will be responsible for directly managing the UK Immigration services team conducting performance reviews, setting targets and providing feedback on their work
  • Supporting the growth and development of the team recruiting new staff members and supporting training and development
  • Managing activities and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Creating and developing business schedules for the team ensuring they understand timelines, responsibilities and objectives
  • Coaching and developing the team on Immigration processes with a focus on Tier 2 applications
  • Ensuring the team maintains status updates and information regarding the clients' visa and work permit applications on the internal system
  • Meeting clients and team expectation using project management tools as instructed
  • Ensuring invoices are correct and are presented in a timely fashion
  • Identifying business opportunities and managing client pursuits
  • Building and developing relationships both internally and with external client networks
  • Providing support to other departments and peers
  • Staying up to date on Visa and Immigration market trends and updates
  • Delivering a high level of client services to ensure client satisfaction at all times
  • Serving as a specialist Immigration liaison between clients, authorities and government officials
  • Review documentation presented by the team for Immigration applications prior to them being presented to authorities and clients
  • Regularly regrouping with clients to provide status updates and maintain a professional relationship
  • Answering clients Immigration enquiries as necessary
