Our client, a leading provider of corporate accommodation is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in London.

The Business Development Manager's main responsibility is to establish, influence, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in global organisations to build sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and win new business

· Manage ongoing business for a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, upselling where possible

· Sell corporate accommodation services

· Follow up with sales leads received from other internal departments

· Build relationships with existing clients to generate recommendations and new sales leads

· Set up and attend meetings with decision makers

· Negotiate rates and agree terms with clients

· Drive and increase revenues, focusing on retention and referral activity

· Create proposals and preferred supplier agreements

· Produce sales activity reports as and when required

· Attend networking events in order to bring in new business and build networks with potential clients

· Increasing revenues of the sales team

Requirements:

· Experience working for a Corporate Accommodation provider or within the hotel / hospitality sector

· Sales experience essential

· Good hunting approach due to the role developing new leads

· Be ambitious to achieve set targets

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work in a team and individually with a flexible approach to business
