Our client, a top quality provider of International and Business Removals and Relocation services, is seeking an International Move Specialist to join their Overseas Division based in Surrey. The role is a 1 year maternity cover contract with an attractive salary.
- Responding to initial enquiries from potential Private and Corporate Removals customers
- Organising surveys to provide accurate quotes for removals and relocation services, and regularly following up on quotes provided
- Management of all stages of international removals and relocations, including liaising with overseas agents, shipping lines and freight operators to ensure all move operations are completed smoothly.
- Actively seeking business development and revenue opportunities for the company
- Seeking opportunities to increase company profitability and reduce costs related to the removals and relocation process.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous demonstrable administration experience
- Possess an excellent telephone manner
- Be highly organised
- Be enthusiastic and hard working
