Job Summary

Our client, a leading provider in immigration management, is now seeking an Immigration Coordinator to assist with the everyday running of their Amsterdam office. This will include database entries, courier arrangements, and other administrative duties.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Prepare and distribute basic correspondence including emails and letters
  • Arrangement of couriers, creating of courier (Fedex, DHL) labels
  • Request billing codes and new petition names
  • Project work as required
  • Arrange conference calls when necessary and assist with note taking
  • Support the team with administrative items
  • Preparing applications for submission for GIC's final review, this includes, gathering, printing off of all details necessary to be included in the application package, including cover letter


  • Strong administration skills
  • Exposure to Dutch Immigration Law
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service focused
  • Comfortable working independently using own initiative
  • Good communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Skype
