Alchemy Recruitment are partnering with a well-established Corporate Housing provider based in Houston, TX who are recruiting for an Area Operations Manager.

The role of the Area Operations Manager will be to manage the areas operational performance to ensure profitability and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a team of staff including, performance management and setting career development goals
  • Monitor set rates to ensure profitability
  • Analysing of financial budgets and labor margins
  • Review financial reports, including revenue, gross margins, expenses and monthly financial performance
  • Boost local corporate housing market presence through relationship building and marketing campaigns
  • Identify strategies to grow revenue and sales margins
  • Ensure all service level agreements are achieved
  • Manage the inventory of all corporate housing units
  • Attend site tours of corporate housing communities with new customers when required

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a Corporate Housing provider is required
  • 4 years' experience of staff management
  • Working with budgets and financial reporting is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible working as and when required
  • Exceptional management skills
