Job Summary

We have a new opportunity available for an experienced Relocation professional to work on-site with a corporate client as an implant in Arlington, VA.

This role will serve as the Team Leader for the Relocation Services team who support this dedicated client account.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • The Relocation Team Lead will serve as the relocation subject matter expert for client queries
  • Manage a small portfolio of VIP and specially assigned customers
  • Act as the direct manager and team leader providing training and support to new members of staff
  • Coordinate various stages of the relocation process for a reduced caseload of specially VIP assignees
  • Develop a long-term client relationship and act as the first level point of contact for escalations from customers and clients
  • Relocation policy and benefit counselling and domestic relocation home sale management
  • Implement process improvements while maintaining consistency with organizational practices
  • Support the Relocation Director with implementation projects
  • Admin including transaction review, data management, audit, reporting analysis etc.
  • Collecting referral fees as required
  • External supplier coordination and ensure quality service delivery from the vendor network
  • Ensuring compliance with operating procedures


  • 5+ years of experience in Relocation, HR and/or Global Mobility
  • Experience in advising and direct client interaction is mandatory
  • Experience in US Domestic Relocation and International Mobility
  • Staff management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent knowledge of relocation, US domestic home sale, home purchase
  • Knowledge of Real Estate laws and practices, financing and disclosure
  • Real estate license strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, High school diploma or GED are essential
  • Excellent customer service and strong communications skills
