Job Summary

A Large Global organisation are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team based in Poland.

The role will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for acting as a Business Partner by embedding company HR Strategies and providing professional HR guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Contribute to business strategies by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities
  • Be responsible for supporting the line management team and planning talent requirements in live with the functions and business strategies
  • Implement learning interventions
  • Facilitate recruiting and payroll processes
  • Maintain employee documentation
  • Ensure leadership and coaching is flowed through the organisation
  • Build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agenda
  • Drive regulatory compliance
  • Responsible for management of employee's performance and capabilities
  • Manage specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
  • Develop and promote feedback for employees
  • Implement HR policies and reward strategies
  • Provide expert coaching and advice
  • Partner with Line Managers and Employees when appropriate
  • Work closely with the International HR Team
  • Provide expert advice to all employees and line management
  • Involvement in payroll and administrative duties

Skills Required;

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to implement changes within a large organisation
  • Able to coach and assign tasks to others
  • Strong team player and ability to engage, inspire and influence people
  • Experience managing large projects in a global organisation
  • Higher education in Business Administration/HR Management
  • Strong experience in HR roles within a similar organisation
