Job Summary

An international logistics company based in East London are seeking a Logistics Analyst to join their team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for being the lead on key accounts within the company whilst providing support and expertise to daily logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in resolving any key account issues
  • Support the implementation for new company procedures and the delivery of projects
  • Communicate vendors, partners, internal departments, Key Account Management and other teams
  • Follow KPI's and ensure customers are satisfied
  • Manage, communicate and resolve any issues with customers
  • Identify any trends within the industry and implement changes
  • Management and completion of key projects
  • Providing customers with regular updates
  • Monitor and manage customer invoicing
  • Assist the key account manager with daily duties

Requirements:

  • Previous logistics experience, ideally within retain/FMCG companies
  • Excellent customer services experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised and great attention to detail
  • Good time and priority management
  • Ability to analyse logistics data and operations
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
