Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager - Global Mobility to be based in Dublin.

The Client Services Manager is the main point of contact for, and responsible for management of a portfolio of client accounts, whilst building, maintaining and growing relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts from post-sale through implementation and delivery, including: adoption, retention, renewal and expansion
  • Understand client needs and advise them on how to achieve their goals
  • Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews and account reviews
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure full understanding of each client's business strategy, culture and metrics for success
  • Act as point of contact for escalations on behalf of clients
  • Manage the contract renewal process and work closely with the Sales team to upsell and grow the account where possible
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into decision making

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Global Mobility, HR, HR Technology, Client Services or Account Management
  • Ability to establishing rapport and managing global stakeholders
  • Worked in a fast paced environment, ideally in a high-growth startup
  • Technically minded with experience working in a technology/software environment
  • Excellent communicator, confident, energetic, positive attitude and driven
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present across all levels within the business
  • Industry certification such as CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) or GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) preferred
