Job Summary

Our client, an international moving and relocation services provider are looking to hire a Household Goods Moving Manager to be based in their office in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales, household goods move coordination and operations teams
  • Main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts
  • Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team, providing advice and assistance where required
  • Assigned contact to oversee VIP household goods moves
  • Provide mentorship and development to members of the team
  • Act as point of contact for any service issues, escalations etc.
  • Communicate effectively with team members / department managers, providing support to achieve company targets

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience within Household Goods Moving (HHG) / Removals Services
  • Staff management experience required
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Some travel will be involved with this position
  • Fluent Mandarin and English essential
