We are now assisting this industry trail blazer in the recruitment of an experienced Global Mobility Manager who is looking for a career defining opportunity, with an organisation poised to benefit millions of individuals across the globe.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • The development and improvement of Global Mobility programs, processes and policies
  • Consultation and advice on the strategic direction of global mobility and immigration
  • Building relationships with a variety of affiliated stakeholder groups including, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance and other shared services
  • Driving organisational improvements and change management initiatives and managing special projects
  • Communication to all stakeholder groups on updates and advancements in policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and providing guidelines
  • Maintaining relationships with Relocation and Immigration Service providers, monitoring key data and identifying trends
  • Managing a work load that includes immigration support, suppliers, cost projections, approvals and escalations
  • Support and backing of other team members delivering international and domestic mobility case management

Ideal background will include:

  • Significant experience previously managing global mobility programs, with exposure across both international and domestic assignee populations
  • Significant exposure to US immigration policies
  • Proven ability to unite and enhance within a complex global conglomerate
  • Project and Change Management experience
  • Expert command of English language, with additional languages seen as highly advantageous
  • CRP & GMS certifications
