Job Summary

Our client are looking to hire a Relocation Consultant to join their growing team based in Chicago, IL.

The Relocation Consultant will be responsible for managing the relocation process for assignees and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with assignees and their families to provide information on their relocation
  • Liaising with external service providers and suppliers to manage relocation budgets
  • Acting as a point of contact throughout the customers relocation process, solving problems and dealing with enquiries as required
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of key clients
  • Continuously reviewing customer satisfaction rates, to ensure high levels of customer service are provided at all times
  • Identifying opportunities to promote and cross-sell other services provided by the company (e.g. Household Goods removals, etc.)

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years Customer Service, Account Management, Sales or related experience
  • Experience within Global Mobility, Relocation, Destination, Temporary Accommodation or Household Goods Moving preferred
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree
  • Must be hardworking, motivated and highly organised
