Our client an International Auction House is looking for a Cataloguer to join a specialist department in Hong Kong.
- Assisting with pre and post-sale administration for the department.
- Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with marketing and producing catalogue content for the department.
- Liaise with Specialists to ensure all information is kept up to date and provide support to Specialists during sales.
- Assist with organising the deliveries and collections for clients.
- Help with sale set-up and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Written and spoken fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
- Excellent organisation, customer service and accuracy is essential.
- A background in watches is highly beneficial.
- Strong IT skills.
