Our client an International Auction House is looking for a Cataloguer to join a specialist department in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with pre and post-sale administration for the department.
  • Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with marketing and producing catalogue content for the department.
  • Liaise with Specialists to ensure all information is kept up to date and provide support to Specialists during sales.
  • Assist with organising the deliveries and collections for clients.
  • Help with sale set-up and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Skills required:

  • Written and spoken fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
  • Excellent organisation, customer service and accuracy is essential.
  • A background in watches is highly beneficial.
  • Strong IT skills.
