Job Summary

We are seeking a Relocation Specialist to join our client in Surrey, UK!

The ideal candidate will be fluent in either French or Spanish and will have an interest in the expatriate services sector.

You will be managing the delivery of relocation services to client who are relocating their employees.


  • Liaise with clients and relocating assignees to manage full relocation process
  • Coordinate various services related to international relocations, including; household goods moving, home search, school search, destination services, policy counselling etc
  • Carry out UK lease / tenancy negotiations on behalf of assignee and their employer, as well as managing renewals and departures
  • Manage third party services to ensure the assignee has the best possible relocation experience, and that company guidelines are adhered to
  • Build and maintain strong positive relationships with both clients and relocating assignee


  • Experience within moving, destination services, relocation, global mobility or UK property sector
  • Fluency in French or Spanish is required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Successful at multi-tasking, adapting to task needs, with a strong and confident work ethic
