A top provider of Removals and Moving services, is currently seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their busy team. Based in Hong Kong, you will be participating as part of a busy sales team, and your role will be to advise clients on everything they need to know about their relocation.
The applicant will need to be strong communicator, demonstrating their expert knowledge of the business and a comfortability working in a sales environment.
Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant include but are not limited to:
- Working as part of a sales team and liaising with an international clientele, both face to face and interacting over the phone.
- Generating and establishing new sales leads through marketing and networking activities and opportunities.
- Establishing relationships with third party vendors and agents worldwide to assist with the removals process.
- Ability to produce remarkable Customer service on behalf of the business, enticing future candidates and sales through referrals.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working within sales or customer service.
- Be confident in carrying out sales calls and business networking opportunities.
- Have strong knowledge of English - another foreign language is advantageous.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Work well as part of a sales team and will actively contribute to reaching sales targets and other KPI's.
