We have a fantastic opportunity for a hungry Sales professional to join our client in the Corporate Housing sector.

Purpose:

  • To identify new business opportunities and develop these into new client business
  • Stay up to date on trends in the Corporate Housing market and use industry knowledge to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain client relationships whilst continuing seeking new client opportunities

What the role involves:

  • Generate new client leads through cold calling, networking and other sales and business development techniques
  • Network for new business at industry conferences, networking events and at client meetings
  • Hunt new business leads via research and networking and turn these leads into new clients
  • Strategically build new business using key industry research and knowledge of the Corporate Housing sector
  • Research and identify prospect clients from an active network and generate these into business leads
  • Identify and qualify prospective key accounts and key decision makers
  • Continuously developing a pipeline of new business
  • Meeting with prospect clients in order to grow client portfolio
  • Build account plans specific to each business opportunity
  • Supporting client proposal creation ensuing it meets the need of the client
  • Successfully develop a consultative sales strategy and create client focused solutions
  • Staying up to date on trends and competitors within the Corporate Housing and Serviced Apartment sector
  • Track sales progress and deliver regular sales reports to the Vice President
  • Supporting sales target forecasting
  • Promoting unique selling points of the business

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business development experience
  • Business development experience in Corporate Housing, Relocation, Destination Services or Hospitality
  • Self-starter who can successfully work remote from a home-based office
