Job Summary

Our client, a leading relocation and global mobility services provider have an exciting position available for a Relocation Coordinator to join their office in Hong Kong.

The Relocation Coordinator is responsible for providing daily support to the Relocation Consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Upload and update documentation and data on the system as required
  • Support Relocation Consultants on managing their assignee caseload
  • Provide excellent customer service to assignees
  • Assist with generating reports on the system
  • Provide updates to Relocation Consultants as required

Experience required:

  • Minimum 1 years experience in Relocation, Destination Services, Global Mobility, Serviced Apartments, Hospitality or a related industry experience
  • Understanding of different cultures and time zones
  • Personal relocation experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritise workload
  • Degree or related education preferred
  • Excellent IT skills preferred
  • Fluent English required, other language skills an advantage
