Based in New York, this is an unmissable opportunity for an individual with strong sales experience within a sales executive vicinity to join an innovative and forward thinking company. Examples of duties of the Vice President of Sales include but are not limited to:

  • Creating weekly, monthly and annual sales plans setting out and adhering to company sales strategies and objectives.
  • Management of the business development and sales teams (inside/outside/leads) and ensuring the execution of sales strategies and policies.
  • Overseeing training programmes for sales staff in all departments.
  • Maintaining an excellent awareness of the moving industry and responding to trends.
  • Responding to competitor changes ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge within the market.
  • Working alongside the VP of Marketing to create and implement sales strategies to increase business.
  • Implementing distribution and sales strategies.

Desirable competencies:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sales Executive
  • Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong business/commercial awareness and knowledge of the moving and sales industries
  • Results driven
  • Passionate about leading and working as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
