As on Operations Manager you will be responsible for a diverse group of Local Destination Consultants. You will be required to lead the small team of consultants and build on their experience to contribute to the development of the business.


  • Act as manager and mentor for a team of up to 10 relocation/destination consultants
  • Responsible for scheduling and assigning consultants with new clients based upon client needs and the individual qualities of your team members
  • Communicate daily with your team of consultants and assist with the communication between consultants and clients where necessary
  • Ensure the efficiency and quality of services by monitoring consultant ratings and reporting back to your leadership team
  • Conduct regular reviews with employed consultants to identify successes and areas to improve
  • Work as a consultant with VIP and Pilot clients, as needed
  • Step in and work as a consultant to support your team and to maintain client relationships
  • Attend meetings with corporate clients to further the company's business development
  • Gather knowledge from your consultants on local vendors, vet vendors for quality and develop and maintain the local vendor list
  • Source, interview, and bring in new consultants to your team
  • Provide weekly updates to your team, the Business Development team and the CEO
  • Lead projects designed to improve business operations
  • Monitor company targets and ensure they are being exceeded


  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-10+ years of experience in either operations, project and client management, or hospitality
  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
  • A high level of resourcefulness and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organisational and execution skills
  • Ability to work to short deadlines and adapt to a changing environment
  • A desire to understand the business and improve its day-to-day operations
  • An effective remote worker and team player
