Alchemy are partnering exclusively with an international organisation who are looking to hire a Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist in Dublin.

We are seeking an experienced expatriate talent manager to handle corporate mobility and immigration management across the EMEA region, whilst ensuring employee satisfaction.

This is a hands-on position, responsible for international mobility program management, immigration coordination and compliance; as well as general expatriate HR administration.

Responsibilities include;

  • Act as subject matter expert for international mobility and immigration queries, delivering guidance and advice to internal stakeholders and assignees
  • Partnering with the Global Mobility Manager to ensure the successful delivery of international and domestic relocations across the EMEA region
  • Support employees through the international assignment/relocation lifecycle, initiating tasks according to the mobility policy, including cost estimate requests and initiations
  • Handle visa and immigration processes including; gathering relevant documentation, reviewing work permit applications and obtaining work visa cost approval
  • Organising signatures required for visa's including visa renewals and changes to corporate sponsorship licences
  • Advising the talent management team on policies and procedures relating to international and domestic mobility
  • Liaising with external third-party vendors for additional solutions support across; relocation, global mobility, immigration and tax
  • Partnering with the internal shared services team on immigration audits, document maintenance and process improvements
  • Providing on-going support and guidance to employees at all times, whilst ensuring all stakeholders are regularly kept informed
  • Handle immigration and legal processing such as; arranging affidavits for acquisitions and office changes with the UK legal team, obtaining corporate documents for trusted partner renewal for Ireland, arrange wet signatures and handle immigration support letters for locations such as France, cover other counties as required
  • Data management and record keeping across the internal case management system

Skills and experience:

  • Corporate mobility management experience, handling global mobility case management across the EMEA region
  • Highly knowledgeable of the international and domestic relocations management process
  • Experience handling visa and immigration applications; especially work permits
  • Supplier management experience partnering with external immigration providers, household goods moving and relocation companies and expatriate tax providers
  • Strong IT skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to create and run reporting via systems such as; Workday, GoogleDrive and Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as partnering with a team
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritise tasks and ensure efficient resolutions
