Job Purpose:

  • To coordinate the relocation and global mobility process from start to finish, delivering a range of international relocation services to clients and assignees

Experience Required:

  • Previous work experience within one or more of the following sectors;

    Relocation, Destination Services (DSP), Household Goods Moving, Global Mobility and Expatriate Management

The Person:

  • A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • A positive and motivated attitude
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about helping people
  • Excellent cultural awareness
  • Good IT skills and strong administration skills
  • Keen interest in continuing a career in relocation, logistics and expatriate management

The Role:

  • Coordinating the international relocation process from start to finish
  • Manage full services such as; international assignment management, relocation, destination services and household goods moving
  • Act as the direct point of contact for the relocating employee and client
  • Maintaining regular contact with the client HR and the assignee and their family
  • Ensuring client and assignee satisfaction at all times
  • Maintaining the internal database and updating the system with information and documents
  • Liaising with third-party vendors
