We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced business development professional to join a leading Relocation Management company based in Europe. The Business Development Director, Relocation Services will be responsible for growing the company’s market share within Europe, through new business development and development of existing client accounts.

This is a great opportunity to join an established relocation/global mobility service provider who are actively expanding in region. The Business Development Director, Relocation Services can be based in remotely and will require frequent travel across the European region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage group corporate sales and account development strategies and activities within Europe
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients
  • Coordinate and lead sales and account management activities to maximise revenue within the region
  • Spearhead sales and growth within the assigned region
  • Grow the business’s market share within the relocation services sector
  • Lead and motivate a team

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience within the relocation, global mobility, destination services, moving, immigration or corporate housing sector
  • Proven track record of growing sales and market share within an assigned region
  • Team management experience is ideal
  • Fluent English is a must, additional fluency in French/German is highly desirable
  • Ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients
