We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Global Mobility who wishes to be part of a dynamic and growing team.

The Global Mobility Advisor will provide guidance on all areas related to international assignments and international mobility.

Duties

  • Responsible for the coordination of international assignees
  • Create and implement company global mobility policies
  • Undertake cost analysis projections for relocating international assignees
  • Review individual assignments from a legal, social and tax perspective
  • Prepare detailed cost analysis for transferring/seconding/relocating employees
  • Ensure compliance with host/home country regulations and coordinate visa's, contracts, healthcare etc for assignees
  • Research labour law and regulations for all counties involved with the international employees transfer and ensure compliance with local laws
  • Keep up to date with global compensation and benefits policies and market rates in the industry for different geographical areas
  • Ensure regular research into emerging trends, issues and best practices

Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in global mobility and international labour law
  • Familiar with remuneration matters, combined with good numeric and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Excellent relationship skills, capable of interacting with people of various backgrounds and seniority levels
  • Cultural awareness and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in using MS Office software, in particular Excel & Word
