Job Summary

A leading name within the removals, moving and storage industry is currently seeking an experienced Move Manager to join their team in Hertfordshire. This position will be responsible for management of corporate moves and ensuring all corporate move clients are satisfied with removals and moving services provided by the business.

Responsibilities of the Move Manager include:

  • Management of all removals and moving processes from door to door
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all parties involved in the move in line with company customer satisfaction guidelines.
  • Regularly communicating with third party serviced providers, agents and internal company departments to ensure a smooth move from door to door
  • Using internal company systems and database to manage and log all financial and operational steps throughout the move
  • Ensuring all moves are compliant with contracted rates and client move specifications
  • Additional move management duties as and when required

Our client is looking for a candidate who has:

  • Previous experience working within the Removals and Moving industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • A motivated, enthusiastic and optimistic outlook on work and projects
