Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and developing relationships with clients to ensure service delivery meets the agreed standards.
- Provide support in technical (taxation) matters such as calculations, documentation, and interpretation of client requirements.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of additional services that enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize service delivery and identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to suggest improvements in services and consultancy approaches.
- Assist in managing daily operations to maintain service quality, consistency, and value.
- Help in tracking team performance against client service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support senior management in complex client processes and queries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Global Mobility consultancy, expatriate administration or a similar role within HR, accountancy, or revenue management.
- Experience in managing client relationships and understanding client needs.
- Familiarity with rules governing residency, tax liability, and social security contributions for expatriates across a range of countries.
- Ability to apply knowledge of double taxation agreements effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using advanced spreadsheet tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring less experienced team members and collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and client requirements.
