- Ability to carry large things (up to 50 lbs individually or 100 lbs team lift)
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar management role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and management.
- Ability to manage time and delegate tasks.
- Excellent leadership and organisational capabilities.
- Computer familiarity with the Warehouse Management System is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry applications.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
